I am considered "out-of-network" and do not directly take insurance: however, if you require a detailed receipt in which to provide your insurance carrier for potential reimbursement purposes, please let me know.  

 

This "superbill" can be attached to your paid session receipts and I am very happy to provide this service.

Many insurance companies will reimburse you for a certain percentage of cost for "out-of-network" therapy sessions (once your deductible is met).
